Data Disk Recycling
Data Disk Recycling is the process of "destroying" an ASP, MFP, or CDD for the purpose of obtaining the resulting resources. You will get back small amounts of Trivium and Acrylit granules, which are used to create Blank CDs. Acrylit granules can only be obtained by recycling existing CDs.
ASP/MFP Replication
To replicate (copy) an ASP or MFP, you need to have an ASP or MFP with at least one repair left on it (1/X% condition) and a blank CD to copy the data onto. When you make a copy, one of the repairs is taken from the ASP/MFP and placed on the blank CD, giving you a 0/100% copy of the program on the original CD.
Repairing an MFP with 0% condition is done by creating a copy of the MFP in the process described above. If the MFP is at 10/0%, creating the copy leaves the original at 9/0% and the copy at 0/100%. This can also be done with ASPs, but there is no real advantage to doing this compared to upgrading it.
ASP Upgrade
To upgrade an ASP, it must have at least one repair left with a condition of 0% (1/0%), and you must also have one blank CD. All ASPs start off as ASP-v1 and will be upgraded to ASP-v2. ASP-v2 is upgraded to ASP-v3 and so on, up to ASP-v10. Each higher version allows you to create an item with three additional repairs.
