A Courier can transport a Noobot in the Zone Labyrinth of Death to the Noobot
Rescure Center and receives a Scout Cheque for each sucessful mission.
Comment: After delivering 10 Noobots, the next Courier Lizenz get allways 10
Promissory Notes cheaper. If reach an Achievement of 100 delivered Noobots,
